If you are willing to have your model stored in the GINsim repository, please contact us (support AT ginsim.org), and
1) If your manuscript is not yet published, send your draft together with the model file (in sbml qual format, or preferably in zginml format) so that we can validate it (stable states, main dynamical properties). We will then provide you a (provisional) link to the page of your model, which will be listed in the repository upon publication of your manuscript.
2) If your model has already been published, send your publication together with the model file (in sbml qual format, or preferably in zginml format), so that we can validate it (stable states, main dynamical properties). We will then include the model in the repository.
We further ask you to properly cite GINsim in your manuscript (see http://ginsim.org/publications).
Finally, we suggest you to also consider a submission of your model to the BioModels Database.
